Racism: Prejudice or discrimination based on an individual's race; can be expressed individually or through institutional policies or practices
Politicians often use high-falutin' words to make their statements sound authoritative. Despite the vernacular obfuscation, this radio broadcast indicates one of Obama's true intentions: take money, from white people or the general populace, and give it to civil rights beneficiaries (blacks). Take from whites, give to blacks. That is racism. If you oppose racism, and/or if you are white (or possibly, just a tax payer), you are not going to be hurt by an Obama presidency.
