My Financial Plan

1. Pull a Schwarzenegger




• Veto everything until a balanced budget is signed




2. Print money to pay down the national debt




• Pay off 5% a year


• Yes, I mean print money like a counterfeiter, don't pretend it's a different debt


• This will cause inflation, which will actually make it less painful to pay off our creditors




3. End Fractional Reserve Banking




• Proportional to debt reduction




4. "Tragedy of the Commons" taxes (sin taxes), and a mildly progressive real estate tax




• Taxing is hard!




• What are you willing to discourage?




• Accounts for "externalizations" - E.G. polluting but not paying for it


• Discourages large land holdings, t.f. increases small land holdings: house size holdings
