CEO of the USA

Adelman says that he's voting for Obama, not because of his principles, but because of his intellect: Conservatives for Obama. To me, this is like trading someone who will fight for you, be it poorly, for someone who will very skillfully fight against you.

This vaguely resembles a Buffet saying. Buffet describes three qualities he looks for in a CEO:

1. Energetic


2. Intelligent


3. Honest

If s/he doesn't have the third, you really hope they're lazy and stupid. I prefer making imperfect progress in the right direction to efficiently heading the wrong way.
